Part Time opportunity available. Be your own boss! We are looking for educator entrepreneurs to join our team.
We are looking for applicants who are passionate and enthusiastic about working with children ages 5 to 16. We look for candidates that are qualified in multi sensory teaching styles-capable of working with children who need help in with reading and writing skills. Applicant must be energetic, have a great attitude, and enjoy working with children in a fun atmosphere. You should be certified in Wilson or Orton Gillingham.
Our work is designed around improving their skills, confidence and motivation for each student we help by individualizing instruction delivered by excellent teachers, and supported by a passionate team that is dedicated to achieving success – one student at a time.
Essential Job Functions:
- Greets students and initiates instruction to personally engage
- Evaluates and records the progress of each student on their program assignment
- Communicates specific student needs to Read to Lead’s owner
Requirements:
- Teaching certification
- Certification in Wilson or Orton Gillingham reading programs
- Evening and/or weekend availability
- A love of helping students to reach their goals without administrative and scheduling responsibilities!
